What is Toggle?
Toggle is Mediacorp's digital entertainment service that brings videos on-demand, TV channels, live sporting action and entertainment news to viewers across multiple devices - mobile devices, computers, Smart TVs, Apple TV and Chromecast.

Do I have to pay to enjoy the Toggle service?
Most of the content available on Toggle is for free. Toggle also offers 3 subscription plans – Toggle Prime, Sports Action Pass and Club TV Pass.
- Toggle Prime allows viewers to watch their favourite shows ahead of everyone else (Toggle-It-First)
- Sports Action Pass provides access to the best of European championships on Eurosport and major rugby leagues on Setanta Sports channel
- Club TV Pass allows viewers to watch programmes on Manchester United TV and Chelsea TV

What devices can I use to watch Toggle?
You can watch Toggle on smartphones, tablets, computers, Smart TVs, Apple TV and Chromecast.
Please note that Android devices that have been “rooted” and iOS devices that have been “jailbreak” will not be able to download the Toggle app.

What is Toggle Red Button service?
Toggle Red Button service harnesses the power of digital TV to deliver a seamless viewing experience to viewers. By pressing the red button on the remote control, viewers can:
- Enjoy on-demand access to programmes aired across Mediacorp channels
- Stay updated on upcoming programmes over the next 7 days with the on-screen TV guide
- Watch the entire catalogue of Mediacorp Library and Toggle Originals programmes

How do I watch Toggle on AirPlay?

How do I install the latest version of the Toggle app on my LG Smart TV?
The new Toggle app (v.4.0.5) is only available on LG Smart TV models manufactured in 2015 and after, on webOS 2.0 and above platforms. Please refer to the installation guide below.
For LG Smart TV models from Year 2015 to 2017-
Press on the Smart TV button > Hover to the Toggle app.

Press and hold the “Enter”/”OK” button on the remote control to get to the EDIT MODE.

In the EDIT MODE, press and hold the “Enter”/”OK” button again until “X” appears > Select “X” over the app > Press on the “Enter”/”OK” button again.

Select the skull icon and press on the “Enter”/”OK” button to delete the app.

After deleting the app, visit the LG Content Store > Select and install the latest Toggle app (v4.0.5).
As the new Toggle app will not replace the older version, both versions will be displayed on the app launcher. To avoid confusion, users are encouraged to delete the older version of the Toggle app before installing the latest version.
For LG Smart TV models from Year 2018 onwards
The new Toggle app (v.4.0.5) is automatically pre-installed as a second app.
To avoid confusion, users are encouraged to delete the older version (with the old interface) of the Toggle app. Please launch both apps to determine which version should be deleted.
- On the older version of the Toggle app, follow Steps 2 to 4 under “For LG Smart TV models from Year 2015 to 2017” in the previous section.
- To use the latest version of the Toggle app, users will also be required to perform an update upon the first launch.
