Terms & Conditions for Toggle Club TV Monthly Pass with Manchester United and Chelsea TV @ $60.00 per screen for Corporate Account

  • No refund will be given for change in schedule, delayed or disruption of match streaming.

  • Subscription fees will be charged to the same Credit/ Debit Card, unless otherwise stated.

  • Monthly payment by Cheque or through Bank Direct Transfer will require an upfront 3 month deposit.

  • Subscription will be terminated within 5 working days if payment is not received.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

  • Installation of any media box (on loan), if necessary, is free of charge.

  • Technicians will be sent to assist in the activation of Toggle services on the devices.

  • Any additional installation needed due to broadband or cabling requirements, shall be arranged at a needs basis with additional cost.

  • Club TV, Manchester United and Chelsea TV (“Service”) can only be viewed in Singapore. The total monthly subscription fee per Corporate Account is determined by the number of screens, per Service location.

  • Screening of the Service must be indoors, and Customer are not entitled to charge for admission.

  • Streaming of Service is supported on one compatible device at a time.

  • The Service may, depending on Customer’s TV model, come with a media box for playback capability. Media box must be returned within 14 days of the end of the service. Customer shall be fully responsible for the media box while it is in Customer’s possession until its return to Mediacorp, and shall obey all directions of Mediacorp in respect of the placement, maintenance and treatment of the media box. Each media box may only be used on the device indicated in the application form.

  • Customer must have an Internet subscription to enjoy the Service. A minimum 12Mbps continuous bandwidth is required per screen.

  • The estimated provisioning lead time is 3 working days after the acceptance of application and receipt of payment, if a media box is needed.

  • Standard installation at Customer’s designated premises will be performed during standard working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, except Public Holidays). There will be additional charges if you require the Service to be activated after standard working hours.

  • Should you encounter any fault of the Service, you may contact the Mediacorp Toggle Hotline at 6388 3888. The hotline is available daily from 9am to 9pm.

  • By signing this application form you agree to these terms and conditions as well as the Toggle terms and conditions located at toggle.sg/en/terms. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Toggle terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will govern.
